Terms of service
Payment- 100% Payment upfront (invoice).

- Oxxo / Transferencia bancaria (Only if you're from Mexico).
Dates- You will receive the final drawing 7-30 days after I send you the first sketch.
- If you need a commission for a certain date, please let me know. Then I'll see if we can come to an agreement to prioritize your commission.
- I won't be able to work on some Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (due to family and job reasons).
References- You must send references for everything you can (pose, accesories, etc).
The more, the better.
- FOR PONIES!! You must have a png file of the cutiemark (only if you oc has one)
I can do it and send you a png file of the cutiemark, but it will cost extra.
- I will charge extra for character design (for example: you don't have any reference for your oc, you only have the idea and inspiration pictures; in this case I will need to design the oc from descriptions and images).
- 1-2 wips for details and changes.
- The drawing will be sent via e-mail because of its quality.
- Only for personal use.
- Please give credits if you use or post your commissioned drawing. (Not only applies to me, but to every artist you have commissioned).
- You CAN NOT erase or remove my name/signature from the drawing.
- I can refuse your commission (before payment) if I feel uncomfortable or it's something I can't do.
Once you have paid the commission, you automatically accept the terms and conditions.*

Refund Policy
In case you don't want the drawing anymore, you can ask for a refund.-After the sketch; the refund will be 50% of the total payment.
- After the lineart; the refund will be 30% of the total payment.You can't ask for a refund If I've already colored the drawing OR if I've already sent you the drawing via email.You need to message me first If you want a refund.
In case I can't do your commission after the payment, I will contact you telling my current situation and refund the entire payment as soon as possible.
